My name is Alexander, or simply Alex. My Russian-speaking friends call me Sasha, which is another name of mine. I live in Berlin and build backend software for banking infrastructure. I'm curious about banks, payments, transport, logistics and complex systems, and I like making useful things other people can use to make their lives a little easier or more fun.
Outside work, my wife and I enjoy good coffee, cooking, trying new food and finding new places. Toffee, our cocker spaniel, is always ready for a long walk and an everyday adventure.
